SOLI DEO GLORIA

by Peter Asmussen

3. mid-term performance of the year
(2018-2019)

Soli Deo Gloria ('The glory is God's alone') takes on an ironic tone, for God is noticeably absent in these 12 tales of fate: the couple who lose a child and can't speak, the pimp who strangles the whore for love, the soldier who 'just' shoots people. All are lost, all are alone, all are struggling with life and trying to navigate through its abysses.
